Feminism
Have you ever come across that day where you feel nothing but complete rage. That's one such day for me today. What's Feminism? According to me it's fighting for those rights which was once robbed from women. A Feminist doesn't necessarily need to be just women. In this context it's the fight for the marginalised. Anyone can be and should be a Feminist. But am tired of this world constantly misinterpreting this term. Recently came across a movie called "Aan Paavam pollathathu" that made no sense. The film totally misleads the society where still few people are trying to understand what Feminism is. I am neither with the female lead nor with the male lead of this film. Both had their own flaws.But what agitated me was the way everything was portrayed. The film constantly conveys that the female lead is stupid and is expected to behave a certain way just because she stays home. Since when an independent woman meant someone who smokes.
